WVM-IT plans, surveys and builds business networks: structured cabling, Wi-Fi with gap-free coverage, separate networks for guests and operations, firewall and VPN for access from outside. Wi-Fi problems are almost always answered with another access point. Usually that makes it worse: two devices on the same channel interfere with each other, and the client attaches itself to the wrong one. A network that holds is not built from more hardware but from a survey, a plan and clean channel allocation. In workshops, older buildings and across several floors that is the difference between “it works” and “it works, except at the back on the left”.
When a network needs replanning
- The Wi-Fi drops out in certain places or becomes unusable under load.
- Guests, the till system and office computers all sit on the same network.
- Access from outside runs through a port forward nobody understands any more.
- New workstations are connected by power strip and good luck.

Measure
We walk the site and measure what actually arrives where. That takes half a day and replaces every assumption.

Plan
You receive a plan with positions, channels and a parts list — and the price, before anything is ordered.

Build and hand over
Installation, calibration, labelling, documentation. After that the network either runs inside ongoing support or you operate it yourself.
Prices
Setting up network and Wi-Fi costs from €890, firewall and VPN from €690. The final price depends on the area, the building materials and the number of access points — which is precisely why we survey first rather than quote blind. Ongoing management of the network is available from €29 per workstation and month. On-site work is billed at €120 per hour plus travel. Guide prices, net plus VAT.

Frequently asked questions
Why does another repeater not help?
A repeater halves the available bandwidth and occupies the same radio channel a second time. In a small flat that hardly shows; in a business with many devices it measurably makes things worse. A few correctly placed access points on well-distributed channels are better.
Do we need a separate guest network?
Yes, as soon as visitors, contractors or private phones come onto the network. A separate guest network costs nothing extra but stops an unknown device sitting on the same network as your accounts.
Can you manage the network remotely as well?
The operation, yes: monitoring, configuration, fault finding and changes all run over remote access. Surveying and installation only work on site — cable does not lay itself.
Will you work with the hardware we already have?
If it is any good, yes. We tell you openly which devices can stay and which of them are the reason for the problem. We only replace what is worth replacing.
