What does IT support cost for your business?
Enter how many workstations and servers you have and whether backups should be monitored — you see the monthly and the annual total immediately. The calculation uses the same guide prices that appear on our pricing page and in our quotes; there is no second price list.
The calculator answers the question that comes before every enquiry: what will this cost us per month? It also shows from what point ongoing support pays off compared with hourly billing — with the arithmetic, not with a claim. All figures are guide prices net plus VAT and do not replace a quote.
Frequently asked questions
Are these final prices?
No, they are guide prices net plus VAT. They come from the same price list as our quotes, but they do not replace one: how much support a business really needs only becomes clear after a short review. That costs you nothing, and if it turns out you can manage with less, we say so.
What counts as a workstation?
Every device to be supported — so every PC and laptop that is worked on. People, phones without company data and devices switched on only occasionally are not counted. If in doubt we work it out with you concretely.
Are backups not included anyway?
A backup runs somehow in most businesses. What is calculated here is something else: a monitored backup where every run is verified and the restore is tested regularly. A backup nothing has ever been restored from is not a backup but a hope.
Is there a minimum term?
Not beyond a quarter. You can cancel quarterly and receive all credentials, passwords and documentation in full. We deliberately build in nothing that ties you to us.
