Who is behind WVM-IT
Behind WVM-IT stands Florin Feier. One business, one contact person: whoever calls speaks to the person who also knows the systems. The registered office is Waldstraße 19/1, 4860 Lenzing; most work is done by remote support across Austria and Germany, in German, English and Romanian. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours on working days.
Most of the businesses that call here have no IT department. They have somebody who knows a little, and technology that has grown device by device, year by year, mostly without a plan behind it. That works until it stops working. Our work almost always begins with somebody writing down what is actually there. Surprisingly often, that is the first such list the company has ever had.

How we work
One contact person instead of a queue
You get a number and an e-mail address, and behind them sits somebody who knows how your systems are built. No ticket carousel, no number that reaches a different person every time.
Prices are on the site, not in the meeting
Every service here has a guide price, and the cost calculator uses the same rates. Anyone who only learns the price at the third meeting has lost three meetings.
We build in nothing that ties you to us
Access details, passwords and documentation belong to you and are handed over in full if we part ways. No software of our own, no accounts only we hold.
We say no when it does not pay off
It happens regularly that a system will last another two years, or that hourly billing is cheaper for a small business than a contract. Then that is what our answer says, even though it earns us less.
Remote first, on site when needed
Workstations, servers, e-mail, updates and backups are looked after remotely — that is faster and costs no travel. Cabling, installation and calibration happen on site, with the date and the price agreed beforehand.
What we do not do
- No ranking guarantees. Google decides the order of its results; the work can be promised, the outcome cannot.
- No commitment beyond the quarter. Ongoing support can be cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of a quarter.
- No hidden commission. If a recommendation is financially interesting for us, the quote says so.
- No invented customer quotes. Three of them once stood on this site — they have been removed, and new ones will only appear when they come from real customers.
Location and area covered
The registered office is Waldstraße 19/1, 4860 Lenzing, in the district of Vöcklabruck. We are regularly on site in the Salzkammergut region and around Vöcklabruck, Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Wels, Linz and Salzburg. Everything that can be done remotely we handle across Austria and Germany — distance makes no difference there.
