How this was measured: road route from Waldstraße 19/1 in Lenzing to the centre of the town, route planner OSRM based on OpenStreetMap, measured on 9 October 2026 and re-checked on 13 October 2026 (deviation at most 2 km); travel time rounded to 5 minutes.
In a business with five to fifteen computers there is usually one person who knows their way around because they once tried things out. They get called when the printer jams, and they are also meant to write invoices. That works for a long time. It gets difficult when they are on holiday, leave the company, or the problem is bigger than a restart.
In Regau, commercial areas, trades and retail sit close together, along with farms, some of which sell their own produce directly. Technically that makes very different pictures: a workshop with an office upstairs, a farm shop with a till and an order email address, a planning office with two screens per desk. What they share is that IT has to run in the background without anyone giving up a morning for it. The A1 motorway is close, so we are also reachable at short notice.

Examples of what enquiries from Regau can look like
- A trade business whose order emails no longer arrive because the mailbox is full.
- A farm shop where the till and the office PC no longer talk to each other.
- A planning office whose computer gets slower with every plot.
- A business that can no longer find the warehouse printer after a router change.
- A workshop with an upstairs office where the Wi-Fi no longer reaches the ground floor.
- A retailer who has to set up new accounts for three employees and does not know how.
- A managing director who wants to know which programs on the computers are actually licensed.
- A practice or firm where a computer suddenly refuses to start.
Getting to Regau
Regau is 11 kilometres from Lenzing, and the drive takes about 15 minutes. That is no day trip, but we still bundle appointments so you do not pay twice for two small jobs. A visit costs €120 per hour plus travel, remote maintenance €95 per hour without travel. Before every visit we tell you what to expect. After your enquiry we reply on working days within 24 hours.
When IT only runs in the background
In small businesses IT is not a department but a time slot between two other jobs. That leads to familiar patterns: updates are postponed until a computer restarts itself and costs half a day. Passwords sit on notes because nobody had time to set up a password manager. A printer is not found after a move, and someone comes to fix it quickly. We replace this pattern with a fixed rhythm: updates at night, a check of the backup in the morning, contact only when a decision is needed. For you that means the computer works in the morning and there is one place to call without explaining how the company is built.
Farm shop, workshop, office: three worlds, one network
Especially in businesses with direct sales or a workshop, office technology meets devices that were never meant for offices: scales with their own software, tills, label printers, cooling monitors, a tablet for orders. Every device needs an address on the network, some need a network of their own, and none should share Wi-Fi with the bookkeeping. We build the network so that office, till and guests are kept apart, and we check that the till keeps working if the internet drops. That sounds like more work than it is: usually it is an afternoon and a sketch that stays with you afterwards. The time saved is not a side effect but the real reason: anyone who does not have to hunt for solutions can spend that time on the work the business exists for.
On site and remotely
Ongoing support can be done reliably from a distance: updates, users, email, backup, faults on screen. We work on site for hardware, cabling or the network in the building, and at the first appointment so that we have seen the business once. After that a phone call is usually enough. At 15 minutes' drive, Regau is close enough for us to come at short notice if there really is no other way. Whether someone has to be on site we decide together with you, not out of habit. We estimate the effort for a visit beforehand so that you know what to expect. We also write the settings down, so whoever wants to change something later can see immediately which devices are connected where.
What we come to Regau for
- Setting up new workstations and replacing existing PCs with new ones
- Connecting printers, scanners and label printers to the network
- Surveying and extending Wi-Fi in the farm shop, hall or outbuilding
- Linking the till, scales and order computer with the office PC
- Checking the router and internet connection when the line is slow or unreliable
On-site appointments are arranged in advance, with a price. On-site work is charged at €120 per hour, net plus VAT and travel.
Single tasks — fixed price, no contract
What runs without a site visit
Windows and software updates, antivirus, user accounts, email mailboxes, Microsoft 365, printer problems, slow computers and the daily check of the backups all run by remote maintenance. You call, we connect to your screen and talk to you while we work. For an office in Regau that means most faults are fixed before anyone would have got into the car.

Frequently asked questions
What does IT support cost for a business with ten computers?
Ongoing IT support costs €29 per workstation a month, net plus VAT and as an indicative price. With ten workstations the sum is quickly done. Server care (€89 a month) and backup care (€49 a month) are added only if you need them.
Do we have to sign a contract to get help?
No. We solve individual problems without a contract, billed by effort: remote maintenance is €95 per hour, a visit in Regau €120 per hour plus travel. A contract pays off when you do not want to explain every time how your business is set up.
I am a farmer with a farm shop. Is that too small for you?
No. A farm shop with a till, an order email address and bookkeeping on the PC is a business with IT. Usually a clean network, a secured account for the bookkeeping and a backup that someone really checks are enough. If you have only two workstations, we charge support for two.
What does the first collaboration look like?
You get in touch and we reply on working days within 24 hours. At the first appointment, remotely or at your site, we look at what you have: devices, accounts, licences, backup. Then you receive a short list of what to do first, with a price. You are not committed to anything.
Can you also keep supporting our old PCs?
Yes, as long as they still get security updates. For machines running Windows 7 or 8 we recommend replacing them, because there are no more updates. We set up the replacement as a workstation at a fixed €190, including programs, email and transfer of your data.
What happens if the person who knows the setup is away?
That is what the documentation is for: we record which devices and accounts exist and where the passwords are kept safely. Whoever calls from your side gets the same information. The knowledge then no longer sits in one head but in a list you can request at any time.
We will get back to you within 24 hours on working days.
