What does it cost? All prices on one page
Ongoing IT support at WVM-IT costs from €29 per workstation and month, a managed server from €89 per month, monitored backups from €49 per month. Individual help costs €95 per hour, on-site work €120 per hour plus travel. A website starts at €350, SEO support at €149 per month, Google Ads at €199 per month. All figures are guide prices, net plus VAT.
“Price on request” is convenient for the supplier and annoying for the customer. So everything that can sensibly be quantified is listed here – and where it cannot, the reason is given. The figures below come from the same source as our configurator and our quotes; there is no second price list.

Why some items carry no price
For building automation, conference and event technology the price depends so heavily on the room, the existing installation and the scope that a starting price would say nothing. We calculate these per project and quote in writing after a survey – before the first cable is pulled.
What you will not get from us
- No minimum term beyond a quarter.
- No systems you cannot leave – accounts and data are yours.
- No recommendation that earns us more than it saves you. If something is not worth it, we say so.
