Why list places at all when most of it is remote

Because two different things come together. Day-to-day support — updates, monitoring, backups, help with faults — really is more than ninety percent remote, and distance plays no part in it: a business in Germany gets the same service as one in the next village. But the moment someone has to put their hands on a device, every minute of travel counts. Laying network cable, replacing a server, measuring WLAN coverage, setting up meeting room technology: none of that works remotely. That is why places are listed here — not to claim a presence everywhere, but to say honestly where we can be within a reasonable time.

What the radius means in practice

The office is in Lenzing, district of Vöcklabruck. From there the nearest towns are minutes away, Linz and Salzburg about an hour's drive. That hour is the limit we set ourselves: within it we can attend an on-site call without travel and waiting eating half the day. Beyond it we decline or recommend someone local — that is cheaper for both sides than a promise that fails when it matters. On-site work is billed at the hourly rate from the price list plus travel; what can be done remotely is done remotely, and we say so beforehand.

What is the same on every location page — and what is not

The service is identical everywhere, and we write it that way. What differs by location is distance, travel time and the industries actually based there — more hospitality around the lakes, more manufacturing and supply businesses in the Vöcklabruck district. A location page you could turn into another one by swapping the place name has no reason to exist; that is the rule these pages are built on.
