   Audit with site walks

   We walk the sites and read out servers, network and applications. The output is a written picture of what you have and a shortlist of the places we would tackle first.

2. 02

   Handover in stages

   Nothing is taken over in one go: first the backup, then servers and accounts, then the workstations. Your day-to-day work does not notice it.

3. 03

   Running with documentation

   From then on the contact reaches out when something stands out, instead of waiting for you. Every change is recorded. Once a quarter we talk through what is coming.

What it costs

Day-to-day support costs from €29 per workstation and month, a managed server from €89 per month, monitored backup from €49 per month. For a typical larger business with 30 workstations and 2 servers plus backup that comes to about €1,097 per month (30 × €29 + 2 × €89 + €49). Ad-hoc work is billed at €95 per hour, on-site work at €120 per hour plus travel. Guide prices, net plus VAT. What you will not get from us

• Runs from quarter to quarter — cancellable with one month’s notice to the end of a quarter.
• No systems you cannot leave: accounts and data belong to you.
• No hardware you don't need. We recommend what is necessary and say so when something isn't worth it.
• No round-the-clock on-call. Monitoring alerts at night and at weekends too, but alerts are handled Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 9pm, Friday until 8:30pm, Saturday until 8pm; the emergency page explains what that means.
