Does a chatbot replace an employee?
No, and we do not sell it that way. It takes the recurring questions off your desk and collects enquiries outside working hours. Anything that requires a decision goes to a person — we define that in advance.
Where does our customers' data end up?
We settle that before building and record it in writing, because it belongs in your record of processing activities. Where possible we process inside the EU; where a service outside is necessary, we say so beforehand and not in the small print.
Does this work with our existing software?
Usually yes, if it has an interface. We check that before quoting — if a clean integration is not possible we say so, rather than building a workaround that keeps breaking.
What if the automation gets something wrong?
That is why we start small and let every step run alongside before it decides on its own. You can see what happened automatically at any time and can switch it off.
