Meeting room technology that gets a meeting started on time

The measure of conference technology is not what it can do but whether a meeting starts on time. Most rooms fail on the same small things: the wrong cable is on the table, the camera shows the wall, the other side cannot understand the sound. So we calibrate rooms and reduce operation to a single visible path — everything else disappears into the technology.

Why there is no starting price here

Between a meeting room for six people and a hall with stage technology lie orders of magnitude. A starting price here would say nothing. We look at the room and calculate per project; on-site work is billed at €120 per hour plus travel unless a fixed price is agreed. What you will not get from us

• Runs from quarter to quarter — cancellable with one month’s notice to the end of a quarter.
• No systems you cannot leave: accounts and data belong to you.
• No hardware you don't need. We recommend what is necessary and say so when something isn't worth it.
• No round-the-clock on-call. Monitoring alerts at night and at weekends too, but alerts are handled Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 9pm, Friday until 8:30pm, Saturday until 8pm; the emergency page explains what that means.
