Conference, sound and event technology that works at the push of a button

WVM-IT equips meeting rooms and events: displays, cameras, microphones, sound, lighting and a control system somebody who did not install it can also operate. Planning, installation and calibration happen per project on site; we quote after surveying the room.

The measure of conference technology is not what it can do but whether a meeting starts on time. Most rooms fail on the same small things: the wrong cable is on the table, the camera shows the wall, the other side cannot understand the sound. So we calibrate rooms and reduce operation to a single visible path — everything else disappears into the technology.

The rooms we are talking about

  • Every meeting starts with five minutes of looking for a cable.
  • The other side only understands whoever sits right in front of the microphone.
  • There is a different remote control for every source.
  • At events there is nobody who reliably looks after sound and picture.

What we deliver

  • Displays and projection matched to room size and lighting conditions
  • Cameras and microphones for video calls, calibrated rather than just placed
  • Sound that is intelligible across the whole room
  • One control system: one button for “let's go”
  • Cabling and sockets where people actually sit
  • Events: planning, setup and on-site support

From room to result

  1. 01

    See the room

Size, acoustics, light, existing connections — and above all how the room is actually used.

  2. 02

    Concept and price

You receive a solution with an equipment list and a price, matched to what the room has to do — not to what would be possible.

  3. 03

    Install and brief

Installation, calibration, a short briefing. After that the room works for somebody entering it for the first time.

Why there is no starting price here

Between a meeting room for six people and a hall with stage technology lie orders of magnitude. A starting price here would say nothing. We look at the room and calculate per project; on-site work is billed at €120 per hour plus travel unless a fixed price is agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you upgrade an existing room?

Usually yes. Often it is not the equipment that is missing but the calibration and a sensible way of operating it. We first check what the existing material can do before proposing anything new.

Does it work with Teams, Zoom and Meet?

Yes. We set the room up to work with the common conferencing services rather than committing to one — you do not always get to choose which one the other side uses.

Do you also support an event itself?

Yes, per project: planning, setup, support during the event, takedown. Scope and price are agreed in writing beforehand.

How long does the installation take?

A meeting room is usually finished in one to two days, provided the cabling is in place. If new cabling is needed, the electrical work comes on top — we say so after the site visit.

Which room is it about?

Size, use and what is already there — that is all we need for a first assessment. A reply within 24 hours.
